| Summary / Zusammenfassung | During missions military personal is exposed to hostile and stressful environments, which might have major impact on the mental health. Generally in armed forces mental health problems find little awareness, are often repressed or even highly stigmatized. Especially fears of lower acceptance with the comrades and superiors are high. This is also the reason why military mental health services are often rarely used. This study investigates if an online self-monitoring, with a strong salutogenetic focus and psycho-educative elements, finds a better or enough acceptances in military personal. Goal of such an approach is the early detection of mental health problems, before they become disorders and if needed to offer, outside of the armed forces, support and counseling for the users. | ||
